For PSL and T20 international matches, specific rules apply to shortened matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments and abandoned fixtures. In the event of a rain interruption or reduced-over match, bets on markets unaffected by the reduction will stand. Markets that are directly affected by the change in match conditions may be settled on revised terms or voided, depending on the specific market type. The WX999 Game Lobby and Live Casino are available to all registered players who have completed any required verification steps. Games are provided by third-party software suppliers and are subject to their own return-to-player (RTP) rates, which vary by game.
In the event of a technical fault during a game — including disconnections, software errors or display issues — the outcome will be determined based on the game server record, not the player's screen display. VIP tier status and associated benefits are provided at WX999's discretion and may be adjusted, suspended or withdrawn at any time where a player is found to be in breach of these terms. Tier downgrades may occur during inactive periods as described in the VIP programme terms. All VIP benefits — including withdrawal priority, bonus entitlements and account manager access — are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred.
WX999 is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, bet voiding and balance forfeiture:

Any real-money balance remaining after active wagering requirements have been settled will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for a continuous period of 12 months. WX999 may contact you before applying any inactivity policy. Any balance in an inactive account will be retained and returned upon request through the support team.
